PAYMENT

We provide secure credit card processing through Payment Express who accept the following cards:

Visa/Mastercard. Debit cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

All products are in NZ Dollars and are GST inclusive

DELIVERY – NZ

Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Please note that bank deposits can take several days to appear which will add to the total processing time.

Order are shipped via courier with a tracking number.Check our online shop for delivery/courier charges.

Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.

If no one is at home when the courier attempts to deliver, a card will be left for you to contact the courier depot to organise re-delivery.

DELIVERY – INTERNATIONAL

Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance (if applicable) must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges.

International orders must be shipped to the card holders address

International shipping costs will need to be quoted. Please contact the seller at info@zen-zone.co.nz

PRODUCTS

All items are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order, the item(s) you have ordered are not in stock, Zen Zone will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option to have the item(s) placed on back-order or cancelling your order.

RETURNS

If a product is faulty or damaged, please return to us in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund, exchange or credit.

Please email us with details of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return to info@zen-zone.co.nz

Due to health reasons we cannot exchange or refund Earrings or Body jewellery pieces.

You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by Zen Zone. You can return purchases to our store (New Zealand customers only), just bring the original invoice and we will exchange or credit your original purchase.

JEWELRY CARE

Here is some advice to help you take care of your jewellery:

  • Keep your jewellery away from chemicals
  • Store your jewellery separately in their pouches or in small plastic bags.
  • Remove your jewellery when performing household tasks
  • Apply make-up, hair spray and perfume before putting on your jewellery
  • Do not wear your jewellery while swimming, bathing or showering
  • To restore lustre and prevent tarnish, you can clean the metal components of your jewellery with a jewellery polishing cloth
